I grew up in Switzerland and traveled in my young years extensively through Europe and North Africa. In 1993 my husband, our two sons and I immigrated to Alberta, Canada. Since 2010 I have lived and worked in Osoyoos, in beautiful British Columbia.
I started with soapstone carving in 2000 and in 2013 I discovered my love for painting. I began with painting acrylics, soon after adding watercolor and some other media.
My love for all creatures – people, animals and plants – the beauty of nature with all the colors, sounds, smells, tastes and shapes, is expressed in my art.
